Well this is my first piece of 3d art that i have made, basicly its a table with a anvil and hammer it not quite finished yet, i got the inspiration by nachos his work looked really good and i hoped to make something like it. (hope u dont mind nachos).

Edit: fixed up the anvils colour

Very nice work. The anvil looks a bit woodish, make it more metalic. What program did you make it in?

thanks force :), CC is greatly appreciated

The wood floor texture doesnt fit with the texture and woodgrain of the table. maybe if you make them the same, then it will get that old, grungey feeling you're going for. and for the anvil, if you can........i mean, i dont know how experienced you are, but try and model it after one of the ones in game.

gj thats much better than mine lol.

Not bad at all. I've got Max, but I just dont have the type of mind it takes to do even simple things. Images are beyond me.

Suggestions for that image:

The floor has new wood. It should be dirty and grungy like the table.

The anvil is just a piece of metal. It looks like it has a scratch on it, but never really used. If possible, add some denting to it.

Same with the hammer. It dosnt look like it was ever used.

That's quite cool for a first one. :) Isn't there a way to add some cast shadows to it? Because everything subconsciously appears as floating instead of resting on the object bellow it.

Great work nonetheless. :)

the handle for the hammer is not in the center of the .. well iron part of the hammer.. <- details..

that table would only be standing in a old house... with those old planks.. however you have putten a new wooden floor under it..
