I may be getting a new computer soon, and it comes with vista home premium. I was wondering, will games such as counter strike source and battlefield 2 run on vista?

Those two games you mention are on the software compatability list so they should work.

BF2 will work but you will need to turn of UAC, run as an Admin, and have it set to run in compatibility mode of XP. Other than that it works fine :wink: .

 

 

 

I know CS 1.6 runs fine of Vista but I have no idea about source.

^ I think most of valves games run fine on it.

Halflife II runs perfectly :)
