jessy87 Posted July 1, 2007 Share Posted July 1, 2007 I'd bet that the dropping prices of rares could have something to do with it; merchants no longer able to lazily accumulate wealth by letting phats sit in their banks, so now they would rather have cash. if thats the case then, either they are partitioning the $ for enormous frequent spending or its a bad idea to have cash, when party hats like literally always raise in price, they do fall back down but when they do they come back strong so, if this were true, it COULD cause market instability especially in the rares department and cause high demand into the raw materials economy(provided that people with ability to purchase crackers spend time on raw materials), but also they could be playing hell with the low lvl rare economy, to take a term from duke freedom "sideways" climb santas and such have since dropped price in the last year from like, 22-25mil back down to 19's and 20's and hovered their.
