July 1, 200718 yr I get ROW1- 281 ROW2- 256 ROW3- 262 ROW4- 269 ROW5- 271 ROW6- 276 ROW7- 246 So Row 1 is my strongest with 281, and Row 7 is my weakest with 246 Row 1 & 4 is probably my most profitable since you don't need to expend any money at all to level those skills. However, Row 7 is really the most profitable if you have the patience to get RC to lvl 99.
July 1, 200718 yr I'd say 3 or 5 for most expensive (depends on whether herblore can outweight firemaking, crafting, and prayer). 7 is the most profitable IF you do things the slow way. Power skilling makes it expensive too :-k
