July 3, 200719 yr New way of highscores: The last few months I notice that normal players can't get in the highscores any more tnx to all those autoÃÆÃâÃâërs :( so I thought out a new idea that can make normal players get back in the highscores again, this is it: Peoples with only one skill in the highscores will only stay in the highscores if they have been online at least once in the last month. Somehow peoples with several skills in the highscores will stay in forever (just like now). Otherwise all old dropaway macroaccounts remain in the highscores while they have only been a part of software a long time ago who is totally forgotten and not used any more. It is allready annoying that they never got banned when they where using autosoftware, but it is another more annoying if they simply stay in the highscores while they don't deserve it! Most of these accounts are accounts from a long list, here a example: a macroowner makes 100 accounts: auto1 auto2 auto3 ...... auto50 auto51 ...... auto97 auto98 auto99 auto100 (the ..... are all the other autonumbers between) and just about all of them got banned and a few accounts are simply forgotten (macroÃÆÃâÃâöwner expected they where banned, but they aren't and remain in highscores, totally not used any more or anything like that). During all the years loads of autoÃÆÃâÃâërs are in the highscores while they don't deserve it, about 95% or even more of them got banned but as you could read Jagex bans about 20.000 autoÃÆÃâÃâërs a week... So that makes 20.000/100*5=1000 accounts who don't deserve it every single week in the highscores. During the years the whole woodcuthighscores is totally ruined by old autoÃÆÃâÃâërs who aren't used any more. "I never come online any more but I still want all my stats in highscores!" Most likely you have trained more as one skill, so things won't change in your case and remain just like now. "But what about my account!? I'm a skiller who only trains woodcutting!" You will remain in highscores because you most likely have been online in the last month "No I haven't been online last month, it's a old skiller that isn't used any more for months, but I still want to remain in the highscores with it!" Go online and log off again and you are back in the highscores again for at least one month (unless you get banned or anything like that offcourse). Bad points: - Innocent peoples who only trained only one skill and haven't been online for at least a month will also get kicked out of the highscores. *(indeed they will but don't forget that these peoples most likely don't play runescape any more (with that account) and it they want to get back in again they only have to be online once a month and are totally back ;), btw if you type their name in the "Search by name"-spot you will still see what stats they have ever had!) - Some autoÃÆÃâÃâërs train several skills *(indeed, if I see things like this: *edit nvm I know fishaa11, fishaa12 and fishaa13 did train their fishing till 51 and their wc till 96 and even higher, but the fishing stats of autoÃÆÃâÃâërs are such high now that normal peoples with fishing 56- also don't come in the highscores any more, but indeed, there do exist autoÃÆÃâÃâërs with more as 1 skill in highscores) Good points: - Loads of normal peoples are back into the highscores again, like they deserve! - This update won't be a update for autoÃÆÃâÃâërs but for the benefits of others, "the others" are still most of us (yet) I think. - Even the autoÃÆÃâÃâërs won't really be hurted, because they did totally forgot their own accounts and don't forget, they go for the cash, not for the stats.

They probably trained more as one skill or they will be able to go online at least once a month or they don't play at all and will never ever know they are out of highscores and don't forget that if you type their name in the "Search my name"-button you will still see their stats. July 3, 200719 yr Actualy if your account is banned it's no longer on the high scores...My sis had all of her f2p stats on the high scores and once she got banned she is no longer there..... support new ghostly stuff here.I see RuneScape slowly turning into a sadistic version of WoW..signature your as this use backwards this read to enough smart were you If
July 3, 200719 yr Just ban the autoers, who cares about the highscores. Not everybody has the mad skills and playing time required to get all skills to 70+. It's annoying having missing places on your stat siggy thanks to autoers. P2P forever!... Or at least 'til <insert excuse here> happens98% of people have signatures with made up statistics in them. If you're one of the 2% that doesn't, copy this and add it to your signature.

Only a small portion of the autoers have more than 5 accounts. Most only have one autoer account, and whenever that gets banned make another. The autoers you are thinking of are the ones who have bought the rs-d****(name censored so you cannot Google it). This bot[from what I have heard] is in a foreign language[i believe chinese] and is bought mainly in the country that the language's main origin[china]. I used to be an autoer. Got banned, but that didn't change my view on autoing, it just made me quit for a while. Once I came back, the rs-d**** had already come out, and ruined runescape. Then, I began to hate autoers with a deep hatred, because they ruined the economy, boosted the amount of lag[due to more players], and just made the player count higher so it is now harder to get into places. Now, there is an autoer in each rune shop. In each everything. It is out of control, and nobody should do it anymore. I doubt this statement will change any autoer/ex-autoer's mind. I hope it does. I am guessing a good 40% of you reading this has autoed before. From auto-typers to auto-ess-miners, you have done it. If you do not want to become one of them, you need to stop now.
