July 6, 200719 yr thats the same with me and my brother. as long as you have 2 different computers (that are not connected to the same router with wires i think) they will have a different ip address (1 digit off at the end). and jagex will use that rather than the "last logged in from:" ip. but i use a wireless laptop, and my brothers desktop is wired to the router, and we havn't been banned within the 6 months or so we have been playing like this. done with runescape
July 6, 200719 yr truth is, they can't catch you if you use 2 seperate computers, even if it's one person using both. you can only get caught if you log on 2 different accounts on the same computer. JamesBlond09: banned, 7-14-07
July 6, 200719 yr i have been doing that until my brother quit, never had any problems. if you use 2 different computers they should have slightly different IP refresh to see another sigF2p forever
July 6, 200719 yr If i am correct JaGex doesnt only look at the IP adress you login from but can also optain the MAC adress A mac adress is your network card's fingerprint, each mac adress is unique. So as long as you login at the same time from the same IP there wouldnt be a problem as long as the MAC adresses are different wich is the case if you login from 2 different computers. So... no worrys :)

July 6, 200719 yr I assume you dont use your computer at the same time ? Thats what the topic starter ment, 2 Runescape accounts online at the same time from the same IP.
