DO YOU HEAR THE VOICES TOO?!?!

You could just buy an admiral pie (or make one if your cooking level is high enough) and eat it when you get to the part of the quest where you fish for the lava eels.

An admiral pie temporarily increases your fishing level by five levels. You can probably get one from another player for about 1K. The cooking guild is supposed to sell them, but they never seem to have any.

The fastest for you is fly fishing at barb vill. Just go to a low numbered f2p world, because pkers will be begging for cooked food constantly, so you don't even have to drop the fish.

Barb vill fly fishing is by far the best. I went from 55-68 fishing there in a matters of days.

It just goes to show that, though there's an age requirement, there's no IQ requirement to play RS.
