It was released before much of the western world, which results in most of the spells being based in the East. Also, the Wilderness and the Desert (Most of the east) was under the control of Zaros, so therefore, his spellbook teleports to places in his stronghold. i mean wth no1 cares about that weak noob that was scared of the great almighty lord ZAROS!
