Draaan
Sorry, I seem to be asking questions all over the place, but I have another one: I am In the Dungeon of Security, and all I can find are right skull halves, no left ones. I am in the first level, War, and have slain hundreds of Minotaurs, but only find right skull halves. If some one could tell me if I need to go to a different level, or kill different monsters, it would be greatly appreciated. nomar04
As they have said, each different unique monster for it's level drops a separate part of the sceptre. Move on to another level of the SoS, and kill the new monsters.

Doomster
If you manage to collect evenly (and the Catablepon & Ankou are a lot stingier, so you'll need longer in there), then you can save bank space by storing them as assembled pairs. Sheer luck, I blew 1000 fire strikes on Ankou (safe spot) without a piece, but another time, got a piece in about 5 kills.
