Is it faster to pest control range and magic or do it manually?

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways, as far as magic goes. What is the best way to high alch without losing much money?

Well.. it all depends. If you can afford 40M in Red Chinchompas there is a method to get 80-99 range in 50 hours...

 

 

 

PC'ing is effective if you can get fast worlds, and the stats you use the points on are at least over level 80. High alching can be faster for mage, because you can't always rely on finding a good PC world.

 

 

 

Either get your own materials, make yew longs, and alch, or get part of the materials yourself. This will prevent money loss. Remember that a yew longbow high alchs for 768gp. Just do the calculations and help yourself not to spend over that amount on the materials you need.

For mage I'd suggest to have a look at the Mage Training Arena.

 

Yes. There You will spend a lot of runes.

 

But any stuff that You can buy for pizzaz points cost a lot of money - You can get 2 or 3 times more than You spent for runes for Mage book, for example.

 

And all experience will be yours!

On that subject, the Enchanting area is by far the cheapest part, and most commonly used for experience. Bones to Peaches is also a fun spell. :roll:

That's actually how I plan to train my Runecrafting and Magic. Currently I'm churning out huge quantities of runes, enough for me to get a Full Infinity Set, including the Mage Book. If I'm not mistaken, Full Infinity sells for 14M gp? That's enough to fund 5 more Infinity Sets.

I quit runescape a long time ago and when I quit my account was stolen. I come back to try to get him back and then they ban him. 99 magic, 99 range - I trained at ogres the whole time for 99 range, and magic was high alching.

 

This was the first year Rs2 came out so im unfamiliar with this stuff.

My goal stats are 90 attack, 99 str, 60 defense - with 99 magic/range 105 combat.
