Construction Cash Question - added house layout!

This is mostly a question made for you level 99s constructioners out there... soooo... how much did it cost? just to train, not buying extra stuff...

Because I calculated I need about 217.000 oak planks for 99 construction from where i am... and at about 450 gp each that's about 97,65 mill without butler (regular)... with butler it'll be an extra 6.781.250 gp...

so... how much did 99 cons cost you? or for how much did you buy oak planks? or what technique did you use? etc...

btw im a bit of a cons junkie at the moment <3: (i have 72 mill stocked up and growing ::' )

Edit: Here's my house layout:

Tell me any tips u have or if there are any IMPORTANT rooms I've missed... i want to keep my dungeon to a maximum <3

btw I'm fine with only one portal room and i stole some of the layout from fredmcgarry (yay youtube!) ::' ... I also think I might exchange the right formal garden with a study... though I'd put the study somewhere else...

I think currently 99 construction costs around 84M is what my bud said who has 99 con.

Not sure what he made but it was from oak.. it was larders or chairs not sure.

Best of luck dude But seriously is a cape worth 90M?

Well construction cape if I bought it now would cost ~95M.

My friend spent 180M on smithing. But it can vary from Profit to 200M loss.
