I just realized they are both over the limit. So maybe just make the fire standstill? As you said, they're both over the limit, so I just added the one with the fire animation from earlier up top, since I like that version the best at the moment. The one with the extra lighting looks kind of weird. It seems fine to me without the extra lighting, so you needn't worry about that. In regards to the one with the cape flapping in the wind, as evorr said it seems to be going much to fast. Perhaps you could just have the fire still, and add an extra frame or two with the cape in more transition between the two positions? I really like the version with the legends cape still and the dragon fire animated, so I'll keep that one on the entries list.
