July 19, 200719 yr The thieving skill cape took me around 2 months to get from lvl 71-99 and practically didn't cost me anything. :D No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
July 19, 200719 yr Woodcutting seems like your like it enough to get 76. Just cut willows until 95 and yews till 99 if your a memeber otherwise cut willows to 99. Best of luck! July 20, 200719 yr meh ,quest cape is probably the one to get since the rewards far out way the cost, though it is the hardest of them all. If you want skill capes that are cost effetcive and quick, try cooking or fletching, they actualyl break even and make cash respectively.
July 20, 200719 yr Firemaking cape costs you 1.7m from lvl 30-99... just go to a f2p rimmington and burn the willows at the store
