I have guthans and 2 full crystal bows.

 

 

 

A few questions I have:

 

 

 

What should my inventory look like, I am 98 combat?

 

How many sara brews (4) and how many Super restores (4)?

 

 

 

Should I take black d hide body/chaps?

 

 

 

Should I take a ranged potion?

 

 

 

Should I take snakeskin boots or rune boots?

What is your def? With Guthans you should be fine with 3 or 4 sara brews. Range pot is not really needed but can really cut down the time you spend killing Jad so I would bring. Definitely take blk body and chaps because you will want Jad to die as fast as you can get him too. I would take snakeskin.
