July 21, 200719 yr I wanted to know if they did. I know after a certain update they didn't. Also, where do I charge them and do I have to do a quest first? Not all F2Pers are beggars or scammers, some are respected members, but these respected people are over-populated by these beggar and scammers.
July 21, 200719 yr No longer rechargable when noted, trust me i rc way to much and used to have a heap of a lot (40+) that id note and charge at once... The trade off is now you have to charge un-noted, but all (including those worn) charge at once. IMO the previous method was wayy better than the new but its jagex's game...
