Not all F2Pers are beggars or scammers, some are respected members, but these respected people are over-populated by these beggar and scammers. time2quit Posted July 21, 2007 Share Posted July 21, 2007 No longer rechargable when noted, trust me i rc way to much and used to have a heap of a lot (40+) that id note and charge at once... The trade off is now you have to charge un-noted, but all (including those worn) charge at once. IMO the previous method was wayy better than the new but its jagex's game...
