Iron Knives, 66-70

Self explanitory.

I'm getting to 70 mining, have 1k iron ores left to gather. then working my smithing to 60 with that and a few Rings of forging.

In the end I'll have 16,500 Iron knives. I beleive this will be overkill, but regardless I was wondering how many knives I'd need for 66 - 70. I'll probably be training at fire giants, and be picking up whatever I can. all of this is on rapid anyway.

Mostly I'm wondering how many I'll have left to sell for cash at the end, if any.

thanks in advance,

66-70 is around 238.000 exp.

Each knife will do an average of 4 damage and will be re-used 1.5 times extra average on picking up.

Thus every knife will do 4x 2.5 = 10 damage = 40 exp.

This will then require 5950 iron knives?.. Let's say I am completely wrong you will not need more then 8k knives I guess. IF you pick up whatever you can. Hope it helps.

Come to #tip-it on Swift IRC, if you're cool

it took me 8k to get from 65-70 on rock crabs. it might take around 10k to get to 70 from fire giants
