If you really think that possible 1 point extra damage you can do with the torso makes up for the 10+ drop in your defenses, then go ahead and use the torso. I would personally go for the Dragon chain, as I favor Defense. Yeah I mean stat-wise, as Dragon Chainbody is the best non-degradable plate armor that has a practical price... of sorts. And Fighter's Torso has a strength bonus so that is why I ask this.
July 28, 200718 yr I wouldn't normally use d chain for training at all. For slayer, fighter torso usually provides enough defense to be worth it. If you think you need better def, use torags or full guthans to heal. Dragon armor is mostly for showing off. Proud owner of a Quest cape!
July 28, 200718 yr O well depends on your str, but if your str is like 80 then i would reccomend torso:P Torso=higher hits Ranked as RS 3rd best Fogger of all times by Fog Elite, and is proud of it :)
