I have seen people advertising the use of their gilded alters, but they are only lvl 70. How are they able to boost their lvl by +5?. I know about the tea (+3) and the crystal saw (+3), cant these two stack?

Well, according to the skill guide here on Tip.It they do. I have yet to actually try it out myself though.

yup they stack, i've seen a guy with 68 + and alter so, they must
