How does the report system work on tip it?

 

On the Affliction boards the report is sent to all admins (online or offline) and all online global moderators. However it only provides a link to the topic and not the content of the post :evil:

 

 

 

well, if it's a link to the topic then the moderator can click the link and judge for himself what to do with the topic in question. I don't know how it works with the report button but i guess online moderators get flagged or something when something occurs.

Yes, reporting posts flag those mods that are online and can mod that forum the report is in. It provides a link to the topic and the comment the reporter gave so we can look into it. Mods then decide what to do with it based off of those.
