ill give you an advice for 70 mage, buy mind and air runes, get a fire staff.. then mage hob goblins near crafting guild or zombies at varrock sewers. its more cheaper than teleporting at falador or high alcheming steel plates. this is if your f2p :D

or u could do barrows using slayer dart or fire bolt with gaunlets
