August 4, 200718 yr Clothing --> Thessalia's Fine Clothes in Varrock Hair (or beard) style and colour--> The Hairdresser in Falador Skin colour and gender --> Make-over Mage to the SW of Falador (near the coast) Shoes/Boots --> Yrsa the Cobbler in Rellekka (members only, Fremennik Trials quest reward) There are also other places you can purchase clothing and/or boots, like Gnome Clothing Store in the Grand Tree, and the Canafis Clothing Shop in Canafis (both members only).
