Alright so I only want to get as far as the Ket-Zek so I can kill it and finish my dairies. I need some tips & advice on doing this, my stats are in my sig and just so you know I own no barrows armor (only dskirt + dshield + rune plate) & I don't have a great arsenal of runes, though I'm not sure hoq amny would be required lol. Help?

just consider it a normal firecape attempt and use muggi's guide to get to the ket-zeks and onwards to jad :) i did that..didn't fail jad but completed my achievement diary in the process

Well, thanks guys, I guess I'll just train range >.< I hate it...And find a guide that doesn't require stupid barrows lol

It's not that hard to get halfway, really. All you really need is standard range junk. You can even get away with melee in the first few waves since you don't need to conserve prayer like crazy. I did it with like 4 prayer pots and an inventory of monks.

I didn't have any fancy stuff with me, I brought:

 

 

 

2 prayer pot (4 dose)

 

holy wrench

 

regular armors (no barrow / prayer / ranging gears)

 

whip

 

dragon halberd

 

full inventory with swordfish

 

 

 

I managed to reach and killed ket, and continued 1 or 2 more waves. I had used up 1 prayer pot, and most of swordfish. About 5 swordfish remain and 1 prayer pot (4 dose) kept.

 

 

 

It's not bad, just follow vary guides.

I got to 360 with nothing but a few salmon in my inventory using a crystal bow. You really could just melee everything except the 360 itself. Bring enough pray pots and use melee pray against the 180s. once you get to 360s you can bring msb and rune arrows and range pot and just use mage protect until its dead. Then you don't have to train anything. It will take a little while with your range lvl but you won't have to worry about running out of stuff if you bring sara brews and super restores.

 

 

 

You could be your best melee with all the pray bonus you can sub for. Bring red body and chaps and msb. 1 range pot 4 sara brews and fill with super restores. It should not be so bad.

Just take a bow, one or two ppots, rest sharks
