Mark and recall

my idea is to implement the spells mark and recall, for those of you who don't know what that is, mark is a spell in other games that when used marks the spot you are standing on and recall when cast teleports you to the marked spot, also you can only have one mark spot at a time. These spells would take time to cast, much like the home teleport. The requirements would be around 90 magic, mark would cost 10 laws 5 cosmic, and 5 nature, recall would cost one law, cosmic, and nature. Yes i know these spells could be greatly abused in ways such as Pking and Rcing so I would make so it could not be used in the wildy and if someone tried to cast mark near a Runecrafting alter, you would get the message: a powerful force prevents you from casting the spell. Please comment and give constructive criticism, also feel free to post this on RSOF but please give me credit.

Totally overpowered, and a knock-off from Morrowind.

Actually I think you will find the concept was originally used in Ultima Online some 5 years before Morrowind.

I do like this idea though but I'm think the spells should be at like level 90 to cast costing atleast 100 laws and 100 of each elemental rune to mark a location with the teleport costing 10 of each of the aformentioned runes.

Well its a good idea, making it a higher lvl mage attack would prevent those lvl 3 autoers from using it. So it would be another bonus to ppl with high mage lvls and not sumthing a macro, or bot, can take advantagre of.
