oh thx, it is in goblin village. It seems that rs map has been updated a bit, because when i went there, those buildings were just like in the clue.

FINALLY!

 

Last time I got that clue, it still had the old map on it, even though the location had already been updated ingame. Confused the heck out of me for a minute as I thought I had inadvertently missed the goblin settlement and discovered some new sooper-sikrit place instead :-w
