I'm trying to get that. I play about 8 or 9 hours a day though lol. Currently I'm training at the ogres but I'm looking for somewhere a bit faster than that.

8-9 hours a day? Not good, don't play so much. But if you decide not to listen to me then yes you can get 75 ranged in a day.

Rock crabs might be faster than Lathas I dunno. Use the spot on waterbirth where there's 3 adjacent to one square.

Fire giants?

You will get that in about 3 hours at Monkey Madness island using chinchompas on the skeles in the tunnel (need 4.5k chins and 70 pray pots aswell), OR 11 hours at fire giants. I get around 40k per hour there (92 range though) using iron knives.
