August 7, 200718 yr I couldn't find any posts on this issue, so here goes: I don't know if the search engine has changed, or if I missed a mass purge, but the search engine is returning far fewer results than normal. For example, the term "Zezima" used to return around 20 pages of results, but now only four. A while ago, I posted a thread called "RuneScape addicts outside of RuneScape", but when I searched for it, using "ixfd64" as the author and "addicts" as the phrase, nothing came up. (Google search returned nothing, either.) I initially suspected that there was a purge, but the posts still go back to around 2004, and that there's still 207 pages of topics in the General forum. I know that I could use Google ( site:tip.it), but the thing is that Google doesn't index everything. Anyone know what happened? Is anyone else experiencing this? August 7, 200718 yr I think this has to do with the search's indexing. The search index was being rebuilt by Albosky (a very lengthy process) but it was uninterrupted due to unforeseen technical problems. We're going to switch to Olympus soon after it is released and from there, work on the search and other things if it still needs it.
