would ranging dragons in void knights robes,zammy book, ranger set, fury with rune crossbow and pearl tipped bolts be the best way to do it?

in my opinon there is no best way there is only your war but my way is rangerset black dhide nnd mage shortbow

dont bother with the pearl bolts it only hits 10's - use iron mith emrald tip if ur middleing rich and addy with dimond tip if ur rich onyx or dstone if ur very rich and mad........ id say emrald tip would be the best for its cost

i wear the best d hide i can and use iron knives

In that case I would recommend using a combination of regular mith bolts and emerald enchanted bolts. Start off by poisoning the dragon and then switch to the regular mith bolts. You could use other types of bolts, but those seem to work best for me. Don't bother with knives, arrows, etc since they are very inaccurate and you will be wasting your time.

Well, void will allow you to hit higher, but it will probably be less accurate than d hide. If you already have it, then I'd recommend you use it; if you don't, then don't bother getting it since it's not really worth the time and effort.
