It really comes down to tz-harr, which is very close to bank but only has 3 ores, or al-kharid, which has 5 ores, but is a good distance from the bank. Politics,n. Start the quest, and also the recipy for disaster quest for access to the bank in the cellar of lumby castle. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... Skilling Necklace is great to mine gold and silver in Crafting guild. Just tele there, mine and use glory ammy or dualing ring to tele to the bank.
