August 14, 200718 yr Actually, that's not the correct link. That sticky tells you how to write a letter to the Editor, not how to submit an article for the Tip.It Times. They're not the same thing. For information on how to submit a guest Times article, you should follow the instructions here: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=670555 Remember, the SEARCH button is your friend. Use it!
