me and a friend were discussing the fact that mexicans have blonde hair and blues eyes. and i explained it was because of the spaniards mixing with the native americans when they conquered mexico/central america

 

 

 

 

 

now, my history lessons arent that great and im not 100% sure, but DONT some Spaniards naturally have blonde hair blues eyes? like without other cultural influences from their ancestry?(and by association allow for Mexicans, descendants of Spaniards have the same physical features?) because im pretty certain that they did, and we had a big argument over it and i just had to know, who was correct.

i believe that the blond blue eye spaniards origin are from the north side of the continent.

 

i also think that some of the mexicans are actually immegrants from northern europian countries ( i know some of the jewish comminuty there is)

In Spain, the most common hair and eye colour you can find is brown or black, going from dark hair to light, nearly blond colors. But it's not so rare to see people with blond hair and blue eyes, I personally know some whose ancestors are spaniards too and living on the south of spain, and have that combination. It's not the most common thing, but it's not rare neither.

Well, I got spanish family... Remember that spain is part of Europe, thus, having some of the common characteristics as the rest of the continent. You can see in spain peoploe with brown eyes and black hair, BUT with perfiles noises and other "european" characteristics like the "greek perfil". Anyways, there is a lot of blonde and green eyed people in spain too, almost my whole father's family got green eyes.
