August 15, 200718 yr Ape Atol is definately the best from lvl 70+ like someone already mentioned. However, it's a long road to lvl 99. Max exp there is about 55k exp per hour and that's with lots of energy pots. So it would take about 200 hours of gameplay to reach lvl 99. I recommend breaking it up a bit, and doing other tasks every few levels.
August 15, 200718 yr might be odd suggestion, but try werewolf skullball. It's only requires agi lvl 25 to enter. You can get big fat 750 xp if you do it fast, but it takes a while to do the course. Hacked 10 years old account, permamently quit if Jagex doesn't return items.
