iRange
Does your cooking level increase the amount of Roe/Caviar given off by the fish..or is it random? I will be training fishing. I am not getting the roe/Caviar for potions. Thanks. iRange
Randox
I thought it was 1 roe or caviar per fish.

Platinum_Myr
It doesn't increase your chance AFAIK... Certain fish give cavier and certain fish give roe. Both give fish guts or the eggs. So what you SHOULD do, (if you want cavier) is to collect all fish, but gut only ones that don't give cavier until you have inventory full of fish that gut for cavier. (I think the highest fishing required barbarian fish the flying one) You'll get caviar and won't waste it as bait. Elessar3019
For cooking exp? That'll take forever. You'd be better of catching your own trout/salmon and cooking those. Training fishing, it doesn't matter if you get caviar, roe, or whatever the other thing is (can't remember the name atm). Statistically speaking, you should get enough bait to keep fishing indefinitely. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN! mchainmail
yes, it does affect it. Higher cooking means less chance of "messing up" and miscutting the fish.
