August 22, 200718 yr ok so can any one tell me a good place to train on f2p my levels are 31 attack, 25 strength and 30 defence and i want to get all 3 to 60 i have 1k lobbies to be going on with and i will not do the wildy or hill giants

You earn exp according to HitDone*4 So the best exp is earned when you are constantly hitting and don't need to stop for food and/or bank runs. Crowded rooms with fast respawning monsters offer fast, safe, and easy training. That's the SoS Hope this helps
