the lady you started the quest with will give you another

talk to the woman in the house in port phasmatis with a quest symbol on it

 

 

 

dont forget your ghostspeak amulet though

From when you enter the ghost city (forgotten name lol) go straight east until you see a quest hut with a ghost lady inside, talk to her, she gives it back for free. Don't forget your ghostspeak amulet though!
