It's a good idea. And it's creative too. I've never seen anyone suggest it before. But it seems like it would be overpowered. Being attacked in the wilderness while you can't see anything isn't really fair if you ask me.

As long as it doesn't cause the screen to flash, otherwise I can't play cwars anymore. A lot of people such as myself are sensitive to flashing and those that suffer from epilepsy could have fits.

No. It just turns the screen temp. white. Oh and btw, this is the maker of this thread, under a diff name :P

Pretty cool idea. How about you can't use it if you have attacked a person in the last 5 minutes though in the wilderness.

How about a flash of it being lighter than normal (2 levels brighter to go by the viewing options in-game) for a second and taking a 15-30 sec. hit to accuracy where you may as well be fighting blind (lowered by 80% sounds good)? Epileptic-friendly and more practical. \

Suggestion for this:

 

When a flash pellet goes boom, anyone in the 25 closest squares has their screen go white for 15 sec. and those with the white screen are unattackable.

 

they will cost 10 tickets at cwars, or can be made:

 

Use barrel of explosive->flour

 

(explosives would be sold where cannons are sold (by npcs) for 1000gp, and can be used with cannonballs to increase max damage by 5% (1 barrel=5 explosive cannnonball), or as a rare Black Guard drop (Barrels of explosive are tradeable)) use white explosive-> hollow bead( imp drop)

not the worst idea ive heard, but it has a few drawbacks to it that the general public probly wouldn't like. you would have to make them extraordinarily hard to get so you do not upset the balance

Good idea, but I think it's too much to make them stackable. I support otherwise though.
