bean824
Hi. I'm 31 ranged, and need a quick way to get to level 40 (i.e: under 2 hours). I'm p2p, and using mable lond and 1k steel arrows. Thanks, ~Bean824
Lord Diddy
umm, minotaurs under security stronghold is what I used for f2p, nothing really faster, unless iron\steel darts at experiments.
Dexek
Well, knives/darts are fastest. You can use them on Minotaurs in the SoS and collect a nice amount of iron arrows while doing so. If you want to use arrows and a bow, use a shortbow.. not a longbow, they are significantly faster. ultimatballr
From personal experience I found that rock crabs with iron knives is pretty fast. In fact range was my lowest combat skill at 21 (I was 86 combat at the time) I went to rock crabs and went from 21-55 in a matter of hours.. So maybe you could look into that :) Apparently, my signature was to big.
viral_wulf
Shooting arrows at the hobgoblins on the island near the crafting guild is very quick, but you'd want to use bronze arrows for that. There are lots of targets and you don't pick up so if you do this right, you can have arrows in the air at all times.

woopidoo2
Minotaurs might hit you alot, but the iron arrow loot is enormous. For low hits/no drops I recommend Scorpions, varrock sewer. Go to the Mino's if youre higher, like 60+ range. [http://woopidoo2.deviantart.com][Tip.it Moderator from Dec 10, 2006 to 03 Sep, 2008]
xzombifiedx
past 35 is where range starts to get REALLY boring for a while, so try to train on something that has decent drops so it keeps you excited, you can chat while training as well and try to ignore your xp, it will be over soon. bean824
Ok, thanks everyone. I might stick with the minotaurs seeing as i'm there and have steel arrows anyway, but i'm going to look into the bronze arrow hobgoblin method, and the iron dart/knives rock crabs. Thanks for your time :P
Xeones
There's no question as to what to do. Iron Darts + Experiments
