I just became members and i decided that today I would set my mind to becoming lvl 99 fletching and get a fletching cape. I got to lvl 15 today (three hours of mindless shaft and longbow cutting) and i was wondering whether i should just cut shafts or if I should cut the highest longbow possible. Any help would be appreciated!

reg. longbows til 20 then oak shorts then at 25 oak longs, at 35 willow shorts then when you hit 40 fletch willow longs til 70, yew longs til 85 then once you get 85 fletching you could start fletching magic longs or continue fletching yew longs til 70. I would also recomend 55 magic for high alchemy once youi reach 70 fletching. oh yeah only string yew and magic longbows

from lv 15 it would take alot longer than 29 days... and thats onyl if you have around 10m to spare, if not, then it will take alot longer as you will need to buy supplies 1k at a time, and that costs around 500k for 1k, and that is from 70+ till 70 use willow/maple, and cut the best bows, never make yew shorts, and never use mage logs (better xp, but more expensive)

Hmm... maybe I'll abandon my dream of 99 fletching and instead go for 99 mage... cammy teleing. \

To get to 70 will cost you a bit of money but if you can do it! Do willow longs (u) ( never string them unless their yew longs and up) until you can do maple longs. then buy the mapels. Get it to 70. Buy yew logs 360-380ea and bs 170 ea. Sell for 600-620 ea. Its a profit everytime! Good luck. ;D
