August 27, 200718 yr Nero 7 has a built in feature for making DVD movies. And specifically Tip.It wouldn't and shouldn't have any problem with this discussion unless the poster is downloading movies illegally. There are plenty of other reasons why someone may want to burn to DVD format. Notoriously Trollish.
