herbs/herb seeds

I need to know people opinions on what to kill for herbs and herb seeds. Chaos druids are always packed and al kharid guards don't drop that high herbs. Any suggestions??

If you really wanted to fight Chaos Druids, then use the spot in the Edgeville Dungeon wilderness. If you stay there for more than a few minutes, it will usually clear out.

 

 

 

If you want herb seeds, Dagganoths are good. They drop lots of seeds, and don't hit for much. They're also killer Range experience with a cannon, but expensive through that method. I usually melee them.

 

 

 

Also I hear that Aberrant Specters are good herb droppers, you might want to try those out. Basilisks also drop a decent amount of herbs, as well as a nats and high-alchable things.

Abberent specters are the best herb/herb seed droppers in the game imo.

ok, i hate the fact that they waste so much food and i dont wanna waste pray pots..

Abberant Spectres drop enough ranarrs to cover the cost of prayer pots.

Ogres seem to drop a decent amount of herb seeds otherwise specters are best monsters to fight for seeds and herbs.

Dagganoths are really nice for getting seeds.

 

 

 

Take a cannon down there as well for some excellent range exp, I could average about ~75k an hour range exp down there.

 

 

 

In an hour i managed to get:

 

 

 

14 toadflax

 

6 kwuarm

 

6 lants

 

7 snaps

 

2 torstol

 

13 avantoes

 

15 irits

 

2 cads

 

10 poison ivy

 

6 cactus

 

3 belladonna
