August 26, 200718 yr 1. 250-350k 2. lvl 50 range. (I wonder why tip.it doesn't have this on the guides. This is unconfirmed, and it is from another fan site.) 3. It depends. The spec is really useful if you are staking, because if someone is using ancients (like ice barrage) and you spec them, you might stop them from using that spell.

If you are staking, or if a noob is tb/entangle/ice barraging you while rcing. then just run out with a single rune arrow, and the bow, and spec him.
