August 26, 200718 yr You could probably craft about 1.2k natures without energy potions. I'm not sure how much with potions, i've never tried it. Pkers can also affect the speed of it and how lucky your spawn points are in the abyss as well. High mining and agility can help you craft faster too. Those obstacles are most common and with higher level in those skills, you will be able to complete them faster. Good luck with runecrafting!
