Yes, you do. You will have to have at least 11 prayer to use ancients.

Yes you have to complete priest in peril.

I think, though don't quote me on it, that you can access Mortania by doing all of P.I.P except the last stage, and you are able to access it. However, this is what I heard, so I'm sure it actually works.

Actually, for quest requirments, you do have to complete it, unless it says "at least started". Otherwise, if you dont do the quest, you cant start the one you want to.
