Im guessing that all the spiritual monsters drop it, but the higher the slayer level needed, more chance to get it. But I heard a rumor only spiritual mages drop them.

I know someone got Spiritual Rangers as a slayer assignment, so I would assume they drop them.

perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is another

AMEN!

Only spiritual mages do, as I have conducted a test with several friends (The could actually kill them <.< ), and around 200 of each (Ranger, Warrior, Mage) were killed. They got around 8 pairs of boots altogether with the Mages, but nothing at all from the Warriors and Rangers. If they do drop them, it's an insanely low drop amount. But, as stated by JaGEx, only one of the monsters drop the boots.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

Only the Spiritual Mages (Level 83 slayer) are confirmed to drop them although the mages and rangers MAY also drop them.
