Do pouches which you dont have the RC level to use still get dropped by the guardians and leeches etc? Example.. I'm 47 RC, will they still drop a large and giant pouch for later use? And can you have more than one of each pouch at a time?

No you cannot get more than 1 pouch :P just go w99 edge and ask a high level about the d stone bit, they will help ya out hopefully
