Fastest Woodcutting XP

Featured Replies

Can anyone offer an opinion on what will give me the fastest woodcutting xp? I'm currently level 50 and want to reach level 56 so I can do Fremmy Isles. I would think willows would be the way to go, but I have also heard that oaks are faster xp up to level 60.

i think they are about the same, though I would go with willows because there are larger clusters of them.

its hard to find alot of oaks grouped together

taking the willows just southwest of catherby bank would be best

Thanks to all of you. I thought willows made more sense. I'm at Draynor now cutting away. :D

i say willows, even at 70 wc maples are slow

Yeah I'm 93 wc, and maples are still slower than willows.

willows is definitely fastest unless you do oaks maybe. never tested it. oaks might be faster at that lvl, especially if there is competition as p2p is filled with high lvl wcers trying to get 99 with willows. find an empty place and you might lvl very fast.
