IMshadow7
Jellies are a very good thing to kill for clues if you can. They're very easy to kill, drop lvl 3 clues, and also drop some other good things, like rune large helms. If you can't kill them, hellhounds are common because they can be ranged, but they don't have any other drops, hit hard, and respawn slow. Dragons are sometimes a good option because on every kill they definitely will drop a hide and bones, which are worth a good bit. They have pretty high defense, though, so you may not get clue drops as often (because it takes longer to get a kill). Malhavok
The types of creatures you kill for clues DOES NOT determine the rewards you get. NOTHING DOES ! Except maybe Jagex random reward generator program. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !
IMshadow7
The types of creatures you kill for clues DOES NOT determine the rewards you get. NOTHING DOES ! Except maybe Jagex random reward generator program. Correct, rewards have nothing to do with the monster it's from, but the monster does affect it in 3 ways: 1. Each monster has it's own clue drop rate, though most tend to be around 1 in 100. 2. If you can kill a certain monster faster, you'll get more drops from them, and thus more clues. 3. Certain monsters drop certain level clues, and different level clues of course do have different rewards. geesch
as said above, clue rewards are random. for lvl 1 clues kill goblins in the goblin house near lumby. lvl 2 i like guards, they are never crowded and easy to 1 or 2 hit. lvl 3 clues you can go to greaters, jellies, or the highest lvl ogres where you get the defenders (sorry i couldnt be more specific, completely forgot what lvl and name they have). good luck
