Ok, my only question is how do you make a blog here. And, how do you add the thing to your signiture that tells people what percent of the way you are to a goal example: I'm at 43 fishing and i want 68, how do i make a bar that says i'm like 14% or whatever the way to getting there?

First question answered it seems, or whichever question it was about the signatures. As on how to make a blog here, go to the Tip.It Forum Index, click Runescape, then find Blogscape, then create a new topic and make your blog. :)
