My goal is 99 range

 

Im currently spending 10 mil on it maybe more. possibly 40 mil

Should i train with a cannon using 50k cannonballs and do it with slayer? or should I use 15k chins and raise range that way?Or just use cannon purely somewhere? Like poison spiders in wild.

To be honest, I don't think 10m is going to get you to 99 range using either of those methods. Cannons and chins are meant for people with LOTS of extra cash to blow. I would recmomend taking that money and investing that either in knives or bolts. Personally, I found knives to be the best back when I was training, but they've significantly improved bolts since then and I've heard many people say bolts are now better.

I'm not sure which one is faster XP. I would probably choose Cannon and Slayer, since it hits multiple targets.

Id be willing to spend 40 mil if i had too 93 range atm too.

I'm not the best person to be replying right now but, I think 40M on either Chins or C Balls would probably get you too 99 Range. But Hey, don't take my word for it. :P

Im sure it would Ive talked to a few people who have gotten to 99 with red chins and they are saying it would be about 30 mil with prayer pots.

You cant train Melee with Cannon, I think you mean Slayer... :P

So i can put in the cannon balls and it ranges and i kill other things with whip.

Chins are the better choice if you want to get it fast. Cheaper+quicker to use and you don't need to pay much attention, but if you want the slayer levels too cannon although it'll cost you a bit more and will take MUCH longer.
