September 12, 200718 yr Mentioning where stray dogs can be found would be nice; I'm havinga hard time finding one (though I could also be half blind and just miss them when they're in obvious places :P ) Edit: Found it, but it took a while. Obtained quest cape and base 92 before obtaining any 99s! Currently finishing out my 99s with the (long-distant) goal of comp cape.
